We are advised by the Australian Government, Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO).

Any dispute or legal matter arising that falls within Australian jurisdictions will be dealt with and advised by the Australian Government, Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO).

Likewise, all matters including disputes and legal presentations from international representatives will only be granted arbitration or mediation through processes designated by Oethica Group Productions as an Australian registered business entity.

ARBITRATION

We will pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and proceed until the point of proceedings in a court of law. We will not hesitate to take legal counsel and pursue matters at cost through a court or tribunal if advised.

All international legal presentations will be referred to the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), the sole default appointing authority competent to perform the arbitrator appointment functions under the International Arbitration Act 1974 (Cth).

We consider our accountability as demonstrated through the transparency of our ethical funding sources, connections, and transferrable project outcomes. We consider that our key point of difference as a service-focused business is the emancipation of our subjects as a result of our participatory production and publication process.

We share in this emancipatory journey as participants ourselves by listening carefully, relating to, and reflecting on events with our subjects and Clients. Much of our work has been described as centered on bringing about environmental protection through earth action, reinforcing the need for human rights, and paving the way forward for individuals and groups to attain social justice.

ETHOS

We assert and action our civil and political rights through publicly visible and accessible channels. As Principal Partners, we consider that our ability to publish independently through our own channels is fundamental to upholding the values of a fair society and democracy.
