Alexandra Consulting

Oethica Group Productions was involved in the establishment, project development, co-design of the website and public release of the Alexandra Consulting initiative from early 2021 to late 2022. Full Administration control of the website was handed over in late 2024.

Ethos

After careful consideration, this individuals contribution to environmental projects especially in Victoria and the Kimberley regions of Western Australia, with due respect for his ethical position on environmental sustainability and his extensive consultations with Aboriginal Australian communities led to our commitment as a client service provider.

Establishment

After numerous communications with owner Jason Alexander it was decided that a total website re-build was required to better reflect the entire brand, project profile and experience of Jason Alexander. In the establishment phase of this project we conducted webinar meetings via Google Workspaces to ascertain the best way of working, began schematic web design wireframes and content layout and harvested the pertinent old website content to re-use.

Co-design

Jason was a pleasure to work with as we determined which colour palette best suited his brand, ran a series of differing web page content layout drafts past him and within a short period of time, implemented a working password-protected draft website in Squarespace.com. Using a range of co-design tools such as Gliffy and differing colour palette tools, we ascertained which best fit suited the onus of his consulting business profile.

Impementation

After many meetings regarding accuracy of content layout, image layout, gallery layout and cross-web linking the draft website was user acceptance tested and mapped for incongruety. With a few adjustments to page layout and corrections to pallete templates the website was launched and promoted across the Oethica network. A Google workspace account and full domain DNS mapping was implented and working soon after the draft website was established which Jason self-managed with relative ease.

With minimal requirement for follow-up website adjustment full administration control was handed through in October 2024.
